DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! EVER!!!!! I really just want them to do what Brian Rosenbaum said on the phone, which is fully represent me on both cases for the $1200 I needed to pay. He then said there may be additional court cost fees. I asked how much he said maybe $200-$300. I agreed over the phone to allow them to run the transaction. They then charged me a total of $1700 he said the initial $200 was for retainer fees and the additional was for doing both cases. Although he mislead me I was okay with the fees because I want to get this issue resolved for my kids but then finally after they had me fill out all the paperwork twice; the attorney calls me and states I am suppose to represent myself. I can't do that I live out of state from my kids, which is why I wanted to hire an attorney to represent me in court in the first place. The attorney then said if I want full representation that would be $850 more. The payment posted only two days ago and I spoke to the supposed attorney who said he will do all the documentation but I must represent myself, which is completely the exact opposite of what I discussed with the man over the phone Brent Bowsworth. I signed the contract but prior to signing I asked him about the clause for self representation and he told me that the contract was a template and since I paid in full the attorney would resolve all the issues and take care of it. Now they go back on their word. They were very unorganized from the beginning not speak to each other and updating files and what not. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm beyond irate, how dare they take advantage of a single parent unemployeed father, I haven't seen my son in a year... this is outrageous!!! I can't afford to just give $1700 away. I just can't someone will do something I about this I will see to it!!!!
