To the best of my knowledge, this company is a fraud and does not truly exist. I ordered 2 carat diamond earrings on December 7th. When they arrived on the 18th, they were only 1 carat. While trying to reach the company, I would be transferred to someone's cell phone whose mailbox was always full. When they returned my calls they would go right to voicemail, which I found out later was intentional, and there's a way to be able to do this. I was instructed to mail back the earrings to an address other than what was listed on the website. Upon sending them a tracking #, my new earrings would be shipped out and would arrive before Christmas. It is now December 27th and I do not have my earrings. The company no longer accepts phone calls and the message is now something along the lines of "you've reached extension...." As most others have posted, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! They ruined my Christmas, and stole my money. The address on their website is actually a vacant mini market and the address I had to mail the earrings back to is a luxury apartment complex. I wish I would've done this research before ordering. I've contacted the BBB, the Attorney General, and will be calling the local Los Angeles police and local news channels today. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE, AND DO NOT ORDER FROM ETHAN JEWELRY!!!
