I have been with Endicia for nearly four years now. In all that time I have sent hundreds of packages both insured and not insured. Now, all these years later, I find I must file a claim for a broken teapot I shipped and it is next to impossible to deal with their insurance company! I have paid hundreds of dollars for Endicia package insurance without a claim until NOW, for $40 and the hoops they make you jump through are next to impossible and in their time frame they give you! I already had to refund my eBay customer her $40 through Paypal or I would risk getting a black mark on my perfect seller's record! Now, it looks like I will never be reimbursed from the insurance I bought! WHY did I even waste my money!
This is ridiculous! I am going to just go back to using the Post Office online and THEIR insurance! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYone! Not even my ex-husband who I HATE!
