It is impossible to get any support. We pay Endicia over $1,400 per year in service fees however the response time to a support request is about one month.
For example: Since January 1, 2011 - there is an issue with their reports which delays shipment reporting for 3 days. If I do a "package lookup" on their site I cannot look for anything shipped today, yesterday, or the day before.
After leaving several voice messages (their tech support hotline goes straight to voice mail), faxing, and email it is still not resolved. In fact they replied to my email dated January 11 on February 7 with the following message:
"Our apologies over the late response but due to the USPS price change we have been under a heavy call and email volume. Are you still experiencing this issue when trying to run reports?"
(umm, yes - when are you going to get this fixed? it's been boo-boo since january 1.)
