This company's software issued a Delivery Confirmation on a package that was not delivered. I was the intended recipient, and I have a US Postal Service Track and Confirm receipt correctly showing that the package was returned to the sender because it was "undeliverable as addressed". Endicia representatives refuse to tell me how they could have issued the erroneous Delivery Confirmation, and even when presented with the Postal Service evidence (Track and Confirm) they refuse to admit that there could be any problems with their software. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and, upon request, I will furnish them with copies of the above documentation. A complaint will also soon be filed with the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
