I have happily used and trumpeted the positives about Endicia until lately. You see, like many businesses, they were purchased and trimmed down to a lean, mean NO SERVICE machine.
I currently pay the highest amount for Premium "Service" and what I have received is regrettable. I am into the fifth day of problems with no one responding except to send me to "Tier 2," where I have waited up to 40 minutes with no one getting on the line. It is a joke. I don't even think the problem is that difficult to solve, but there is no one who will take more than two minutes before they put you on hold. At least a call center in India is more polite.
