Elite Law Group,if indeed they are lawyers, are thieves and should be prosecuted by the Federal Government for load modification fraud. They took a fee of $3100 up front, saying I qualified for a loan modification but not to contact my bank directly as they would do all the work.
All documents were forwarded three times, and to date the bank still has not received them. After all Elite's assurances, my loan modification was denied
for two obvious reasons which should have been clear to Elite (debt to income ratio not high enough, and date of original loan origination).
Elite has not returned e-mails, one of the persons assemblying and processing my documents no longer has an e-mail, Elite does not answer/or blocks phone
calls.
This is misrepresentation under a federal program--isn't this a federal crime?
