we brought a security guard tour system from curt with this company. the adapter is a european one, not united states, so we called just to get the new adapter. to date, curt has not and will not return any of our phone calls. he just took the money and went on his happy way. we are now going to pursue legal action against him and his company to retrieve our money back. we hate that we had to go this route and that curt could not be professional and responsible, but for anyone who meets him, stay away and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK AND DOES NOT STAND BY HIS PRODUCT!
