COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE / FALSE ADVERTISING?

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR POSTED ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Ordered "Good Value Hand Sanitizers" on May 01, 2020 with an Estimated Delivery Date: May 07- 08, 2020. Today is May 22, 2020. Have called for an update on several occasions only to be told "We expect they will ship soon". On 5/21 call insisted they provide more info, CSR promised a call back. 5/22 was informed the sanitizers are on BACK ORDER. 14-15 days later, they are on Back Order!
Right this minute, if you check the website for this item, the estimated delivery date is May 29-30.
I expect, regardless of the day you might check this, the estimated delivery date will be 7-10 days from the day you're viewing it. "ESTIMATED" synonyms: approximate, about, projected, expected, likely - in no one's judgement would be more than 2 weeks past the date, and with no idea of an actual ship date.
FALSE ADVERTISING??? In my opinion, absolutely. But judge for yourself.
