I'll jump right to the point, Detail USA exceeded my expectations. I give them 5 stars. I did some internet research and found their reviews. I thought they had a professional website. I liked their online scheduler. All my initial phone calls and emails were quickly answered. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They did two cars for me and I was 100% satisfied with their work. I wash and wax my own cars, until now. Normally it takes me 3 1/2 hours to do a proper job of just washing a car. I've invested thousand of dollars in auto detailing equipment. Detail USA simply does a better job than I did. In fact, their prices are very reasonable if you know what it takes to make a car look as good they do. Finally, Ken (the owner) is a real nice guy. I highly recommend Detail USA.
