I haven't had a rent increase in years.

I have lived at Playa Pacifica for two years and don't plan on leaving until the economy gets much, much better.
There are a LOT of newer buildings around here and you pay a LOT more money.
At PP, it's rent-controlled and I haven't had an increase- ever! I think my rent could go up 3 or 4% or whatever the City allows, but it hasn't happened to me.
This place has all the great stuff that the newer apartment buildings have: a really clean swimming pool, a nice community room, tennis courts and they just got in a couple of new treadmills and a bike.
The office staff seems to be shifting but the maintenance guys have been here forever and they are the BEST.
I'm nice to them and they reciprocate with great service.
I first came here to attend a baby shower and knew right away it's where I wanted to live.
I haven't been disappointed yet!
