This company is fraudulently attempting to collect money for parts and services they have not/do not intend to provide! The 'collector' sounds very official and is quite pushy. When I had him on the phone he asked for a date that we would send payment, I noticed on the invoice that the order date and due date were the same, which made no sense. Due upon receipt is a valid payment term, not due the day ordered, we would have ordered from a website and paid with a card, if those were the payment terms. When I spoke to him he assured me that I could call back if I had questions, well the payment terms sent up a red flag, so I called back, voice mail. So, I Googled the company address and came across numerous complaints, I then searched with the Los Angeles BBB, more complaints.
I have since filed my own complaint with the BBB, and faxed a letter to Data Solutions letting them know that I won't be paying them anything until they could provide proof that their company exists, proof that the cartridges were sent via UPS as well as proof that someone in my company signed for it.
Companies like this won't stop until people stop falling for their scheme!
