PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY. I have been a Realtor for over 25 years and have never seen a contract like this. On the front page of my clients contract is a 5 year lease with signatures on this page, however it is subject to terms on reverse page. These terms(in very small print)are an additional 2 terms of 5 years each that cannot be broken by the owner even on transfer of title, death, etc. The lease goes with the property for 15 years.
To cancel this contract for just one washer/dryer will cost $4,500. to sell the property.
Check all complaints filed against this company before signing anything.
