I've been patient and professional with Dadson about a small refund since last August. Today was the last straw. I got the same defensive employee and the same ridiculous story: my refund check's waiting to be printed. I looked up their LA address. They're on Adams near Hauser. That tells me a whole lot about them. Either there's no check or if I'm still alive, I'll get my refund by the year 2040.
