This company is horrible.. not only do they not take care of their customers. they will charge a customer's credit cards for orders that are not ready, and merchandise that they don't even have.
they can't even pay their employees on time!! let alone refund anything.
DNA Specialty,Inc. is too busy trying to figure out how to TAKE money from their customers. than getting what their customers purchased, to them. this company breaks many laws. i don't know how they have gotten away with it for so long
