I am so happy with our current management company! I have lived in Mandevilla for nearly 17 years and this is the best we have ever had. The place is kept up, issues are handled quickly, the dues are reasonable. Everything is great! We couldn't ask for better service. DML and Danny have been very professional and efficient over the last several years. Prior to that time we had one of the LARGE management companies (Merit) and they were simply terrible. They did not take care of issues in a timely manner, cost the association thousands of dollars, and were unresponsive to customer needs. In addition, their management could only be characterized as mismanagement on a large scale. I was a board member when they were in charge and we had no idea how awful they were until they left. When the association hired DML they did a great thing for all of the homeowners in Mandevilla.
