In response to the clients response on ALL of the positive reviews on this company--the positive reviews are not counted in the rating of companies-only the complaints-please read notice from BBB stating so and take this into consideration when assessing this and other companies.

There are only 5 prices EVER charged by Creative Vacation Solutions for the different services offered-
No other fees are ran through our merchant account NO EXCEPTIONS!
The representatives do not make their own fees they are set fees and cannnot be changed-period.
Also please note that all of the complaints are responded to unlike any other company in the industry and are classified as agreeing to perform according to contract, agreed to make refunds other than 1 whom is a client that no longer owns the property due to foreclosure and failed to disclose that they were 5 years behind on the maintenance fees and the resort took the property from them years ago, deeming the property unmarketable--needless to say we were unable to proceed with the purchase and the buyers had to find another unit to suit their needs. We are very pleased with our results with over 5000 clients satisfied!
