Ok enough of the nice stuff about this company. I was advised by sheila scharf employee of this companyon Jan 6th to cancel my contract by getting a certified odometer reading from a dealership which i did. she also stated to fax it in and i would get my refind. I called and called only to find they did close / cancel my warranty kept my money and went out of business. To then find out royal took over the contracts. So i called royal. they asked for the same paperwork. So i sent it to them. They sent me a letter in the mail requesting a notorized letter proving who i was and a paid reciept. Yet they had my contract in from of them showing it was paid in full. They refused to give me to refund and refused to reinstate my contract for the 2 years i had left. So i basically was robbed by both companies and have since hired a lawfirm to sue both companies. They could have paid me the refund they owed me now its going to cost them thousnads in legal fees not to mention my refund!
