Trusted my gut instincts and hung up the phone, but only after wasting over an hour on the phone. Signed up for the quote online expected for the quote to be online. Got a phone call and the lady began by taking down basic information, such as my car's VIN. She then began the 45 min sales pitch as the computer took 45 min to "process" the quote. Just an excuse to keep you on the phone. Then she told me she was new and that someone else would help me. The next person was rude and condescending. When I said I needed time to review the information, he tried to strong arm me into giving my credit card number. Reading the other reviews on this site, I'm glad I didn't. Thanks reviewers! Felt like I was in a high pressured sales pitch like a timeshare. Beware of this company.
