Terrible Customer Service

I did try to resolve a minor debt with them back in the beggining of the problem. The agent that was assigned to my account was Mark Ross who was very unprofessional, he did not explain to me the options I had to resolve the problem. He made me believe he took care of the problem, but here I am, more than a year later, I found out he did not do his part, and now I have negative info in my credit report. He was always mean, impatient, and rude when I talked to him. Just terrible skills.
