I do not know if the fault is the collection agency or the hospitals but there is no excuse for the rude, unprofessional manner of this company. Every three months I get phone calls asking to resolve a payment that insurance took care of. There is no way to reason with the people at CIB. All they want is money. The hospital, who knows the bill is paid, does not seem to be capable of calling off these "dogs". I reported them to the Florida Attorney General. Sorry I cannot give them ZERO stars.
