Screw this company. I heard the radio ad for a free sample for just 9.95 , I was fine with that till the next day i checked my Account. I was charged $108.67.
I had to wait 4 days to talk to "the help desk" They didn't want to do anything about my refund. I asked to speak to supervisor , when i spoke to her and asked why was i charged 108.67 when i was entitled that I was spending only 9.95 , she said i ordered a months worth (20) no.. then she said she will knock off 50% and call it even , I said no. The messed up paid is , in order to get my money back , i have to send the product back with my own money. then they will refund it. This is BS ...........NEVER NEVER do anything with this company. They are a scam.
