I thought it would be good to get 4G wireless service. They promised AT LEAST 1.5mps downloand and 1mps upload with wireless 4G coverage. After I hooked everything up, it comes in at about 10% of what they promised. In short, their speed is lousy. They always say that it depends on your location, but it does not appear that ANYONE is getting the speed that they are promising.
I should have listened to my Spider Sense when the lady tried to rent me the equipment at 9.00 per month over 2 years. There is a 115.00 Early Term fee, per modem, that goes down by 4.00 per month in the Contract. I did some mental math, and realized that I could BUY both modems from them on Day 1 for 200.00. If I did not cancel within the first 30 days, it would cost me more than that to rent at every point during the contract.
