Dissatisfied with Century Photo

Like many others that have posted reviews, I have ordered from Century Photo for many, many years and have always been pleased. However, I placed an order on August 13, 2010 in the amount of $166.35 and was immediately charged to my credit card. (Many businesses do not charge your credit card until the order is shipped.) I have made numerous phone calls and am always told that it is on backorder and will receive in 4-6 weeks. In August 2011 I finally received my photo pages but did not receive the 4 albums that I had ordered. I guess I should feel fortunate to have received part of my order. They still owe me nearly $50 for the albums and the imprinting.
