On May 20th 2010, I applied for my 3rd loan with Cash Jar. I always pay off my loans in full on the next payday to avoid the extra fees they have. Well, I never received the loan. it never made it to my bank, which has been verified by my bank and cash jar. Cash Jar even has a note attached to my account to NOT WITHDRAW FUNDS from my account. I have been doing a lot of footwork to assist them in figuring out what happened. i am in VIP status with the company, although Im sure that doesn't mean a lot except less interest rates. Then the whammy came. On 7-2-10 I logged into my bank account to pay bills. WTF! Cash Jar stole 750.00 from my account!!!!! When I called them and asked WTF!, they said they didn't know or understand why any $$ was taken out of my account, especially with the notice to NOT do so right there in their faces. I was transferred to a supervisor. She said I would have to fax proof from my bank that the 2 transactions took place, and that they would refund my money on Tuesday morning, 7-6-10 since it's a holiday. I went to my bank and had them fax it over, later to find out that I was given the wrong fax # and had to re do it. Then the same supervisor told me I would get my money back either Tues or Wed by the latest. So they added another day. They don't wait for their money, why should I? They were unauthorized to take $ from my account in the 1st place. Now I have late fees added on to my bills, and I have to get another account, change my direct deposit, and all of my auto payments. i need a lawyer and somebody needs to go to jail. This is all out burglary! Admitted at that by Cash Jar!
