Back in 2009 we received the voucher...I called the nmbr and spoke to a gentleman and we ended up purchasing the vaca pkg for ft lauderdale and orlando and rental car for $598...was told we had 18 mos+ to take the cruise...finally booked the cruise beginning of this year...all agents i spoke to were very helpful and answered any questions i have had..once we paid and booked the vaca the rep gave me all info on what other fees we will be incurring on the cruise and with the hotels...after thinking abt it all we decided to take the extended stay in the bahamas and paid $300 for 2 nights and 3 days meals included...also since we were going to get to ft lauderdale early we needed an extra night stay at the hotel..i later found out that the rep or the system chrged 2 extra nights...once i found this, i quickly clld and let them know..it was refunded back to our card..we leave for the vaca aug 29...so far the experience has been wonderful and they have answered my ?? everytime..i have prbly clld them 30 times...if people would just go ahead with the vaca and not try and cancel they would see that its pretty legit..you just have to know what ?? to ask and be peristent...i have read a couple message boards of people doing nothing but complaining and saying they are scammers..but they never tried to take the cruise
