Review 4/11/2010

I received a phone in February 2010 call asking me to complete a survey to receive a "free" 2 day cruise to the Bahamas, reluctantly I complied. After answering a series of odd questions I was told by a woman named Natasha I was getting the cruise and all I had to pay was $158.00, which was to cover the reservation of the room I upgraded to(ocean side) and the port tax. I was very skeptical even after hearing about the rental car I could get or the gas voucher and free food. I explained that I did not feel comfortable with the offer and did not want to pay right away. I was told upon receiving my vacation packet I could modify my package AND GET A FULL REFUND. Unfortunately I went against my intuition and gave "Natasha" my card info and booked the room.Today is April 10, 2010 and I have yet to receive the package. I made attempts previously to reach the company and only got lengthy waits on the phone that eventually lead to me giving up.Today I was able to reach someone. After being transferred 3 times I spoke to a "supervisor" who told me she did not know who "Natasha" was or why she would promise me a refund because they did not give refunds. My only option is to pawn this awful scam on to someone else by selling my package to another unfortunate person desiring an affordable vacation. This company should not even be considered a business.SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT PERSUE A VACATION WITH CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINES!
