I believe this company makes lots of money by making fraudulent charges to people's accounts. I had three separate charges made and I had never even heard of this company. After getting the phone number from my bank, I called them only to receive a message stating their hold queue was full. So I emailed them, I did receive a response stating I needed to contact my financial institution--duh!?
I also filed a complaint with the BBB, Blizzard's response to the BBB was pretty much the same as the email--to contact my bank. Why don't they own up to the fact they charged me illegally. BEWARE of this company, and btw, their rating should NOT be a B!!!!!!!!!
