BenderBall deserves no stars at all! My wife called them before she placed the initial order and had them confirm that this was going to be a one-time order. Guess what, a month later we get a new charge and a shipment in our mailbox.
Just like with everyone else, they told us to ship the product back at our expense and they will gladly refund the money.
I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Unfortunately, it seems like I will have to pay for postage :(
I wish there was some way to shut them down. So many people are complaining about the same problem, it really seems like a scam.
