My experience has been just as bad as all posted here. They are a very shady company, and I feel especially taken because I do so much on line shopping, that I consider myself very savvy as a consumer. I can not believe that the BBB hasn't done anything about their questionable business practices. Do not buy anything from this company! I wouldn't even give it one star, but I can't pick a zero or a negative number!
