BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
I recently purchased the Bender Ball for my husband's birthday present. Upon placing the order, I answered NO the question of whether I wanted to receive future DVD shipments. Well, wouldn't you know that I received 2 DVD's in the mail today. Once I called the company and told them that I received these, the attendant promptly pointed out that on the invoice it's written in very small print that I would be receiving these future shipments unless cancelled. I DID NOT AGREE TO A MEMBERSHIP. Once again, I clicked "NO" to the question of membership. I was told I had to send the videos back at my cost. I feel this is an unethical, sneaky scam to get more business. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay to ship something back that I did not agree to in the first place.
