HORRIBLE experience. How are they still in business? They have to be getting sued left and right. I am like the many others who have been charged for items I did not order numerous times and dealing with their customer service is a joke. Do they tell their employees to lie? They must. It's a good thing I live across the country because I'd be at their doorstep ready to speak to someone face to face about this illegal billing practice.
A one star rating is being very generous.
