Bender Ball is just a giant scam! Beware of them and never order anything from them! Even though I declined countless "extras" when ordering my single Bender Ball, they signed me up for an absurd package in which they charge outrageous amounts of money and send you worthless dvds that I never asked for. After hours on the phone with them, dealing with their "technical difficulties," they finally told me to send them back for a "full" refund. Of course, they claimed never to receive the dvds even a month after I sent them back. After more money was illegally drawn from my account, I called again, more "technical difficulties" and crappy excuses for their wicked scam... It was on after I mentioned BBB that they were willing to give me my money back. I suggest if this happens to you to ask to speak with a supervisor and mention BBB. Still you will have to pay about ten dollars for shipping and handling, but it's better than the fourty dollars for two crap dvds they send you. I hate this company with everything in me. They should be put out of business for their unethical and evil scams! They do not even deserve the one star I was forced to give them!
