Like someone else said, I there was a zero star choice I would take it for their customer service alone. While the product is great, their business ethics are horrible! I ordered the product declining all further offers. Recieved an email from them a month later saying they couldn't bill my card to update my records. I called them and said I didn't request any additional products, they told me about an automatic account and I told them I had declined it during my original order. They said they would cancel it. A full 7 days later they billed my credit card and shipped the item anyway. I called again and told them to credit my account immediately. They refused until the product was back in their hands. When it came in the mail, I refused delivery and I received a credit for the product amount but not for the shipping charge. I again called customer service and said that needed to be fixed. I called and cancelled the product a fulle week before shipment and it was their error not mine, therefore they should cover the shipping not me. The pretty much said I can't help you. I finally had to call the office number listed here on the BBB website and they have promised a refund, we shall see if I get it. Their customer service is rude, uncooperative and they apparently get paid on how much they bring Leslie Bender since they are unwilling to make things right. Supervisors never called back as representatives promised, and they refuse to give the corporate phone number.
