Don't do business with this company. They have the "F" rating for a reason. Also, please be warned: they have changed their name to BEACON FINANCIAL DEBT SOLUTIONS & didn't even tell their customers. They said they settled an account of mine and 16 months letter I received a letter from the creditor asking for the balance! They charge a lot of money from their program and don't deliver on their promises. Please, read the complaints filed on the BBB site as well as all over the internet.
