I first encountered Be Structured in 2008 and hired them to make recommendations and upgrades in my 2500 sq/ft data center environment. We needed a new strategy to handle our ever increasing bandwidth needs along with better monitoring via SNMP.
Chad (the owner) came through with an amazingly detailed proposal with clear milestones to move forward. Other companies that I talked to took a "trust me" approach which was not very comforting. Be Structured made the decision easy to make and easy to understand.
Following that large project experience, I have had the pleasure of working with the StructuredIS team on numerous smaller day-to-day IT support projects. They have an incredibly responsive support team that always lets me know how and when my problem will be resolved.
I have referred them to both individuals who don't want to worry about their computers crashing unexpectedly (and who need help living with computers, blackberries, iPhones and email) and also to large companies and non-profits who need a full service IT solution for their workplace.
I don't think there has ever been an issue that they weren't familiar with and I regularly recommend them for projects big and small.
