Would not recommend using Baker Window & Door. Baker Window & Door did replacement on our windows and sliding doors. While the windows turned out, we have run into substantial issues with one of the sliding doors which we had specified as being with grids and is not. We walked the rep through what we had wanted for the door, which was the same look that was there, french with grids.
However, when the install crew came, we noticed it didn't have grids and contacted our sales rep. He informed us to continue the install and he would order the replacement glass and get fixed asap to the one with grids, he also held $1,000 off the final price which would be due when it was fixed. Fast forward a few weeks, we contact Baker about when the new glass will be installed and are informed that they will not install the new glass, it wasn't in our contract and if we want it we'll have to pay an extra $475 on top of the thousands we had already paid for the door.
Even though prices are competitive, lack of customer service does not allow me to give higher than a 2-star rating.
