I sent (4) accounts over to them for collection back in May 2008. I have called, emailed & faxed status requests to no avail. I have been told by one of my customers that they have paid the collection agency however, they have yet to forward the money to me. So far, I am extremely dissappointed and fear they are infact a FRAUD !!!
