STAY AWAY!!! This is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. Their Customer Service is very unprofessional. In the past two months, we ordered more than (6) containers from them and have always paid in full for the service. Our agreement is to pay no later than the Friday after the containers have been picked up. They still try to charge us for it before pick-up. I am on the road constantly managing my projects and am not available to write checks out on a daily basis. I write and send them out every Friday. If I need to have containers replaced during the week, I am rudely told to have a check at the site when the container is picked up. On a recent job, they were supposed to pick up a container; however, they didn’t call prior to going to the site. A car was blocking the driveway so, they are charging us a pick-up fee and a daily fee. When we tried to resolve the problem, they threatened us with a lien. The sales department would not even transfer us to the dispatcher who is responsible for pick ups. Everyone at this company is very uncooperative. Dealing with them has been very stressful. We wasted valuable time and money and will never work with them again. Boaz Hillel Neptune Construction
