My experience with Auto Trim in Wausau has been very negative. I have spent over $1300 on both my vehicles to install remote starters on each and cruise control on one. So far I have had to make 3 trips from Conover were I live to Wausau(187 miles round trip), because of problems with the remote start they installed on my 2008 GMC pickup and it still drains my battery dead whenever I use the remote starter. I even replaced the battery just to make sure it was the remote start. On my other vehicle, 2010 Honda, I had to make 4 additional trips back to Auto Trim in Wausau from Conover before they could get the cruise control they installed to work. The total for both vehicles is 1309 miles and my truck battery still goes dead after using the remote starter frequently. When I recently contacted them about the 2008 GMC still draining the battery dead which its been doing since they installed it, they refused to service it and said they no longer sell that brand. I offered to pay $100 for the brand they now install. I didn't even get A response. I wrote A comment relating this at www.atna.net to the corporate e-mail and no one answered or said they read it. My rating is ZERO Stars, but one star still shows up.
