I realized within 8 days of purchasing the warranty, I had made a financial decision that I couldn't afford.. but I have 60 days to cancel and get a refund, right? Well, that was Sep 15... It is Jan 28... NO REFUND! I even read in their terms if they don't issue a refund within 45 days, they will give you 10% penalty each month thereafter... I have sent them another letter today, filed a complaint with the Tx Licensing and Reg and the next course of action is court... I'll let you know if I get my refund in the next 10 days, as I told them in the letter today... WITH INTEREST.
