I would just like to say that all the complaints I read are for refund of policy.
Well I call spoke to Kristal, she handled everything in a timely manner offer me another policy using my refund as a downpayment, saved me money and have a great policy on my vechile.
So instead of writing or complaining to BBB trust their judgement and use their services like you obviously did in the past and ride the roads knowing if anything happened your covered.
