I used to work for Aria and Associates and that was the worst experience ever. In the beginning I thought it was a great company. Things were going well, and then the shadiness started to happen. I was getting calls from clients asking for the refund they were promised and when I brought it up to the Owners Ramin and Amin, they said oh yeah we will take care of it. I didn't think anything of it and I was being deducted for these refunds from my paycheck, when one day my client called me and told me that he still has not received his money yet. They were taking the money from my check and never refunding the client. They get to a point over there that either the client forgets, loses there home, or causes a fuss for them to refund the money. And IF they do its a portion of what they paid. They do get some Modifications done, but the time it takes and the way they go about it isn't worth your Time. There are non profit companies you can go to for free and they do a lot better job as they are out for your protection. So in conclusion I DO NOT recommend doing any business with this company.
