The triple A rating for this company is dubious at best. They have failed to respond to simple questions, and have declined to respond to my BBB inquiry. I suggest filing formal grievances and asking to be connected to the "executive inquiry group" at the very beginning of any dispute, or, in my case, their refusal to provide simple information. They have no interest in resolving problems, they only will attempt to wear you down and get rid of you. Their telephone representatives are powerless as they are not given any information or authority. Works well for stockholders, but not as well for sick policy holders.
