No problems and Mario walked us through everything until we actually understood it. Their website has some supplemental information that is a great resource. I didn't want to feel bad and ask too many questions but financial products are complicated and since this is my retirement I wanted to make an educated decision not an educated guess! All's well that ends well and I now have my funds and a great interest rate.
