I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their claims are totally misleading and the fact that they offer a money back guarantee strikes me as not much more than extortion and fraud. I wonder if anyone has ever had a successful remodification with these guys.
I was prequalified for remodification and paid $3000 with a guaranteed money back. My contact person changed 3 times, and each time I had to start everything over, then finally after one year they told me that I was denied by the lender because I didn't qualify! This is something that should have been checked out at the very beginning. I think they prequalified me just to get the up front money and then blamed the lender for everything. Meanwhile I skipped some payments believing what the sales person said, ended up canceling my life insurance to make up the delinquency to avoid foreclosure.
I called them asking for the money back. They said they would call me back, but never heard from them since. I think there should be some kind of restriction on them. Don't use these guys, do it yourself, you can save money and time!!
