Just got my car back from al's body shop, the car was done before it was promised and the quality was impecable. The insurance company told me to take it to one of there shops, but Nick Alexander Bmw told me to take it to Als' body shop. I cant believe what a great job they did. I am a single mother and am always afraid of being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs on my car. Not only did they text me and email me 3 times a week on the status of my car, but it was ready before they promised it. During the repair process they gave me step by step detail explanation on what they were doing. I no longer feel nervous about having my vehicle repaired. Only if I fix it @ Al's body shop. You guys are the best and it was worth the drive. (THANK YOU Al jr)
