I had 2 automatic gates, 2 automatic swing arm gates, and 1 manual rolling gate installed by All in 1 Fence in late 2008. The gates are beautiful.
Unfortunately, now that I need repairs on the gates, the company never answers the phone. I always get an answering machine, and my call is NEVER returned. The one time someone did answer, I scheduled an appointment and they never came or called.
I have had another gate company fix the automatic openers several times.
Now one of the hinges has rusted and broken off. I will be forced to have another company replace the hinge which is welded on.
I don't know why this company would not want to maintain a good relations with their past clients.
They did such a nice job on the gates. I would have recommended them highly.
Now I say...stay away...stay far far away. Find someone that is willing to do the repairs on their work.
