No No No, Alamo horrible service,

Garbage. First a short Hispanic looking girl with long black hair NAME Kathy, try to avoid and/or reject my reservation accusing me that I can not rent with alamo,
and then she offers me Alamo sister small rental car company, cause I can not rent any where with my debit card she said, (completely lie) now me and my two kids are with no transportation.
I am not from the state and had no choices so accepted, she called the Alamo sister car comp to pick me up, long story short though she is helpful!!! so finally this short big hispanic lady picked me up and took me to alamo sister rental car which was located very close to this Alamo agency, anyway she will show you the care away from everyone then illegally coerce you into buying insurance, demanding that its not an option. Then the other employees (like her, a latino looking girl with curly hair and glasses) won't remember her name rented me this sttiinky vehicle for almost $500.00 for a week, after 3 days the vehicle brook down in palm spring and they did not help at all and when I called alamo they did not even have had any idea about the car and about the rental car company, I called alamo again and spoke with Kathy and she hung up on me. they did not refund me any thing back and did not bring me a car and had to to take a cop to the airport for my flight. believe me I will do anything to get rest of my money back and will talk with the BBB business bureau or with any one to solve this matter and not happen to anybody else. wors wors and horrible experience. do not DO NOT GO WITH ALAMO. NO NO NO.
