My son (11) saved his money to purchase an AK47 and a pistol. The pistol came with the scope broken and the AK47 selector switch broke the 2nd day. We returned them both for a refund (store credit) minus the 10% restocking. The company refunded the AK47 and charger less the free shipping less the 10% and the additional 5% discount we recevied. However, they did not refund the pistol because they have no record of it being in the box. We did fill out the return slip with the information. However, since we can't prove it was in the box, we can't receive the refund. We basically got about 60% (and that's generous) of our purchase price back (which they call a gift certificate - ha). I wish it was $ back because I don't want to buy anything from this site again!!!
